Interested in learning more or joining in the annual process? Residents complete a nomination form with a short explanation of why you want to serve and what you’ll bring to our mission. We select up to 20 residents each year for a 2-year term, with a cap of 2 terms per member.

The next cycle opens in Winter 2027.

Attendance and active participations are essential

Compensation &
Recognition

 

Members receive $100 for each
quarterly meeting attended, with potential additional compensation for participating in the CDA Governance Board.

 

Your time and lived experiences provide a unique expertise that is greatly valued in our organization's core mission to address the community's need for affordable housing.
