So, for the first time, we are building entry level homes attainable for people of color
In partnership with five Early Childhood Education (ECE) Centers, we are building 40 homes for ECE Educators. These new construction homes will be sold for approximately $100,000. For eligibility and other requirements, please click on the link below.

In partnership with Milwaukee County, Habitat for Humanity, and Emem Group, more than 100 homes are being constructed. Each home is deed restricted to ensure affordability. For more information on becoming a Habitat home owner, use the link below. Emem Group homes will be rented for about $1,000 per month, and will become homeownership opportunities after the rental compliance period.
In partnership with Amani United, more than 60 homes are expected to be constructed. Each home is deed restricted to ensure affordability. Building partners are still being identified and some of the homes will be part of the ECE Homeownership Initiative.
