During the CDA Next GEN Home Bus Tour, attendees visited a LUSH home currently under construction in the Thurston Woods neighborhood. This home is the second in a series that will fill the remaining vacant lots in the area by 2026.

A presentation was given by RJ Lange, founder of LUSH (Lange Urban Sustainable Homes). RJ spoke about LUSH’s commitment to building attainable, high-quality homes that are not only durable but also designed to deliver long-term energy savings for future generations.

As an implementation partner of the Community Development Alliance, LUSH has developed its 2nd home with plans to fill the remaining vacant lots in Thurston woods by 2026.
