RJ Lange is a consultant and founder of LUSH (Lange Urban Sustainable Homes) with 10 years of consulting experience in personal finance, banking, employee benefits and real estate development. RJ is responsible for helping design and bring the LUSH concept to life.

LUSH transforms home construction with a greener, faster, and more affordable approach. Beyond just homes, LUSH tackles U.S. housing issues by creating an economic model that spurs new businesses and jobs. LUSH mission is to deliver superior homes while ensuring profitability for all.

​LUSH is rethinking how we build homes. Homes that are attainable and made out of quality materials that will last over time and provide energy savings for generations. LUSH has picked Thurston Woods as its starting point as it has been home for our family for over 100 years. Their German family came to Milwaukee in the 1920s and started Lange Bros in Thurston Woods in 1932. Over that time, the family has built 6 homes and 1 LUSH home in Thurston woods.

As an implementation partner of the Community Development Alliance, LUSH has developed its 2nd home with plans to fill the remaining vacant lots in Thurston woods by 2026.
