Day Itinerary

Here's what your advocacy day will look like

  • Location: Wisconsin Black Historical Society, 2620 W Center St, Milwaukee, WI 53206.
  • Rear parking (for Madison bus):
    • Park in the rear lot off 27th Street.
    • Use the rear entrance/driveway to access the lot.
    • Don’t block driveways, loading zones, or the alley.
    • Park in designated spaces only.
  • Bus drop-off/pick-up:
    • Madison bus street-parks at the corner of 27th St and Center St.
    • Approach from the 27th–Center corner; keep the intersection clear.
    • Don’t park on the corner or in front of the bus.
  • Timing and safety:
    • Arrive early to park and reach the bus area before departure.
    • Follow local rules and staff directions.
    • If you need accessibility help, tell the organizers in advance.
