Collaboration is a theme in JoAnna Bautch’s career Executive director, Via CDC. The executive director of Via CDC, Bautch works with a variety of partners to address needs related to housing, workforce development and business development. She brings together city staff, philanthropists and contractors, for instance, to facilitate Via’s Turnkey Program, which aims to convert vacant bank- and city-owned properties into move-in ready homes for qualifying households.
